The person who builds a Wallmart and micro-motel on the Moon...stands to make a great deal of money!!!If it was already built and supplied the Moon would be ready for Tourism and Colinazation!!!There would be no need for anyone else to do it because you already have.The prize of being the first would always be yours.This should be done by the civilian sector so that the buisness would be ran by the free market!That would mean didgetal prices and rates so that the cost would be passed over to the consumers.If a supply craft is lost the prices could be adjusted to make up the for the loss.You wouldn't want to be there then but the more supply craft safely arrive the prices would go down.In theory you would alwayse show a proffit or at -0-.Thanks to didgetal prices...and of course an Android checkout girl!
